Iris uses technology to solve difficult problems. Our principle revolved around keeping simple user interface, multiple delivery options while implementing a robust workflow behind covers. The diagram below details how Iris works.
|
8:00PM EST:
Our clients need to upload the voice files either using Iris web platform or using toll-free number.
9:00PM EST:
The voice files are taken from the central server and allocated to individual transcriptionists. Our MTs use state-of-the-art transcription equipment and productivity software to transcribe the voice files. Once the transcription is completed the files are routed to Editors.
2:00AM EST:
Our Editors are assigned completed transcription files along with the voice files. The editors review the transcription for accuracy and completeness. Any inaccurate or left out words are corrected at this time. We maintain an optimal ratio of 3:1 between transcriptionists and editors. The files are routed to the Quality Controller for a final crosscheck.
5:00AM EST:
The Quality Controller is responsible for the quality of the final deliverable. Quality Controller reviews each individual files for quality. Quality Controller sends the batch of files to his PM who then approves them for release. Approved data files are released back to our central server for release
6:00AM EST:
The data files are processed on the central server for delivery depending on the choice of delivery.
8:00AM EST:
The data files are emailed/faxed automatically by Iris. The data is also available for online viewing, editing or downloading through the web platforms.
